Returns Policy

Customized Leather Carving Product Return and Exchange Policy 
This policy applies to all handmade leather carving custom products in our store, including exclusive patterns, engraved text, size customization, pet portraits, personalized designs, and other non-standardized handmade items. 
I. Core Explanation 
The leather carving is a personalized custom item. Once produced, it cannot be resold. We do not offer a seven-day no-reason return or exchange service. Only in cases of quality issues or significant discrepancies between the production and the agreement can the rules be followed for handling. 
II. Returnable and Exchangeable Conditions 
Within 48 hours after receiving the item, if you find any obvious manufacturing defects, leather damage, loose stitching or cracking, etc. (non-human factors causing the problem), you can get a free replacement or have it redone. The return and shipping costs will be covered by our store. 
2. The production content is seriously inconsistent with the design draft, dimensions, text, and patterns confirmed by both parties. Upon verification, it can be re-done for free or exchanged. 
3. The logistics process caused severe damage. Based on the unpacking video and the courier receipt, our store will be responsible for reissuing or redoing the item. 
III. Circumstances Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Allowed 
After the design draft has been confirmed and construction has begun, if there is a need to make modifications, cancel the project, or request a refund due to personal reasons. 
Object to the normal manufacturing features of the leather material, such as its natural texture, color variations, and handcrafted marks. 
Due to subjective reasons such as incorrect personal size measurement, changes in aesthetics, or alterations in usage. 
If no feedback is received within 48 hours after delivery, or if any damage, stains or deformation occurs due to improper use or maintenance. 
• There is no complete unpacking video, making it impossible to verify the damage liability. 
IV. Return and Exchange Procedure 
Contact the customer service within 48 hours after receiving the package, providing the order number, clear photos/videos of the problem, and the unpacking video. 
After the customer service has reviewed and confirmed, they will inform the return address and any necessary precautions. 
3. When returning the goods, please ensure that the products, packaging and accessories are intact and free from any damage caused by human factors. After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will complete the rework/swap/refund within 7 working days. 
4. The return and shipping fees incurred due to reasons not attributable to our store shall be borne by the customer. 
V. Important Warnings 
Before placing the order, please carefully check the design, size and text information. Make sure everything is correct before starting the production. 
Handcrafted items may have slight handcrafted marks, which do not constitute a quality issue. 
• The leather is made of natural materials. Minor differences in texture and color are normal occurrences.
